I am a Canadian trained construction cost professional, with
40 years of practical experience in real estate development. In 1972, I was the first female in Canada to be accepted for membership with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and, in 1978, I received my Diploma of Urban Land Economics from UBC.
As Project Manager, I recently completed a $50 Million
develpment and the Grand Okanagan Hotel. My past experience
also includes managing my own bonded general construction company which built complex projects such as a hospital, recreational centre, UBC
student residence, shopping centre, school and multi unit
