Lesley S. Wilson, AScT, PQS, RI
Professional Quantity Surveyor

Lesley is Principal of Concosts, and has been a Canadian trained Professional Quantity Surveyor since 1972. As well as providing cost consulting for developers, lenders and architects, Lesley has 40 years of continuous construction experience with a strong background in design co-ordination, project management. and her own bonded construction company. As Project Manager, she recently completed a $50 million development at the Grand Okanagan Resort Hotel, which consists of a 71 unit, deluxe 5 story concrete building including a 4 story parkade in Kelowna BC.

Dmitri N. Gulak, AScT, PQS
Professional Quantity Surveyor

Dmitri is a Principal of Concosts, and has been a Canadian trained Professional Quantity Surveyor since 1972. Since 1975, he has provided professional development services for Concosts. Dmitri was responsible for setting up our original loan monitoring systems for lenders in 1981. He has been involved with over 54 developments valued at $400 million construction costs with the majority built on a project management basis incorporating "fast track" principles. Concosts is currently involved as the Project Manager for expansion of the existing casino and parkade at the Grand Okanagan Hotel valued at $13 million.

Matthew K. Weber, AScT
Associate Quantity Surveyor

Matt graduated with Diplomas from BCIT in both, Building Technology specializing in economics and, Civil and Structural Engineering. Prior to joining Concosts at our Burnaby offices, Matt gained extensive consulting experience as a Building Science Technician providing inspections for existing commercial structures and preparation of formal reports. At Concosts, Matt is the General Manager for Concost Consultants Inc. responsible for construction claim dispute reports, budget reviews, cost report preparation, progress draw claims, and project administration.

Russell J. Grodzuik, AScT
Associate Quantity Surveyor

Russell graduated with a Diploma of Civil and Structural Engineering from BCIT. Before joining Concosts at our Kelowna offices, he worked for 3 years as an Architectural Technologist providing design and planning services in Kelowna. He is responsible for providing loan monitoring to our clients in the interior of BC and his previous experience as a consultant and a carpenter is an asset. Russ is assisting Concosts as the project administrator for the expansion of an existing casino and parkade at the Grand Okanagan.

Brian C. Gulak, Dipl.T
Construction Manager

Brian has over 32 years of experience with all types of construction having worked as a carpenter, foreman and superintendent on residential and high rise projects. He has been a qualified Building Inspector for Thompson Regional District for 6 years. As a long time resident of Kamloops, Brian brings constructive knowledge important for assisting Concosts with loan monitoring and deficiency inspections on projects in the interior of British Columbia. Brian is also the site construction manager on the expansion of an existing casino and parkade at the Grand Okanagan Resort Hotel in Kelowna.

Mark B. Malinsky, B.Sc, P.Eng
Professional Engineer

Mark has been a Canadian trained Professional Engineer since 1977. His experience includes 9 years in the field as a Project Engineer on civil works and 12 years as a Senior Municipal Engineer in Yukon. Mark has been a resident of Kelowna for 15 years and is involved with property management. He has extensive construction knowledge which is a valuable asset to Concosts for assisting with loan monitoring inspections including cost report preparation and progress draw claims on all types of projects in the interior of BC.

Tatyana Pikulina, Dipl.T
Estimator

Tatyana graduated in 1994 with a diploma of Engineering Technology from Uzbekistan. Prior to joining Concosts, Tatyana worked for 11 years as a project manager and designer. At Concosts, Tatyana is responsible for quantity estimates specializing in steel and concrete construction and assists with budget reviews and claims. She is currently upgrading her Canadian qualifications at BCIT

Gianna S. Ruscitti
Comptroller

Gianna has been with Concosts for 8 years and her knowledge of financial management and public relations are important to us. As Comptroller, Gianna is responsible for internal management and assists our professional team when providing cost control management for it’s clients. She brings enthusiasm and helpful skills to our professional team and her contribution is a valuable and beneficial asset to Concosts.
