Description:CSI Creative (a division of The Concosts Group) has an immediate exciting opportunity for a qualified design and creative professional.

A recently vacated position has necessitated the addition of a third member to our team and we are seeking to fill this role as soon as possible.

Duties will include:

• contributing to the branding and marketing of Concosts internal projects and company identities;
• coordinating various design projects with outside suppliers on behalf of clients;
• ordering marketing-related products for company branding including promotional items sourced from international suppliers;
• graphic design service including logo design, document design, signage design and mockups, photography projects (stock/original), some basic 3D manipulation, graphics and design concepts for websites/PDFs/ brochures, etc.;
• managing social media channels including creation of brand-standardized content for posts;
• video editing for social media and internal media projects
• market research and copywriting for various company industry documents;
• event coordination and evites, open house planning, PIM/APC coordination, working with development team on new projects;
• multi-page document design for print and screen;
• collecting and filing invoices and other miscellaneous documents;
• tracking department expenses, quotes and invoices;
• communication with consultants regarding documentation, invoices and payment;
• various office administrative tasks to support daily company activities.


• familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite CS6 and beyond is essential (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop a must, AfterEffects an asset);
• familiarity with the Google suite of products;
• must be proficient with MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel and Word;
• video production experience an asset (Premiere, Vegas etc.);
• experience with Sketchup and other 3D modeling and rendering software an asset;
• use of CMS including Wordpress and Squarespace, familiarity with HTML/CSS an asset;
• familiarity with database systems would be helpful;
• experience coordinating with outside contractors and trades;
• minimum 2 years hands-on experience in a professional office environment;
• comfortable with learning new software as introduced;
• university or technical school (in-progress or completed);
• exceptional oral and written English communication skills.
